Refunds

Spent credits and confirmed package purchases are non-refundable. This includes credits used for a URL marked as failed. Unused credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Credits are added only when the payment matches the exact order amount within the 30-minute payment window. Follow the instructions shown after sign-in; mismatched or late payments are not credited automatically.
